Feedback & Complaints
Betalo is based on feedback from our users. Your feedback helps us to develop the app and our services. If you have a complaint about the service we provide, please send it to Betalos Complaints Manager, Michaela Bäucke Kollem. Send an email to klagomal@betalo.se and write “Complaints” in the subject line. You can request a copy of the procedure at any time by contacting Betalos Customer Service.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled, you can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN), box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, http://www.arn.se. An application to ARN must be made in writing. In order for the committee to be able to review the matter, value and deadlines may apply.
You also have the opportunity to receive guidance from the Konsumenternas Bank- och finansbyrå, the Consumers’ Insurance Agency and the municipal consumer guidance. These bodies can advise on consumer rights, contract terms and how to proceed with a case.
